Responsibilities

LEVEL DESIGNER

​

  • Researched and analyzed levels from various action roguelites to draw inspiration for creating a similar playing experience.

  • Designed and blocked out levels focusing on combat flow and varied spatial layouts.​

  • Iterated on and improved levels based on playtesting feedback.

  • Collaborated with programmers to implement player and enemy spawners, exits, and other systems into the levels.

  • Collaborated with Artists to integrate the final art assets into the levels.

ENEMY DESIGNER

​

  • Researched and analyzed enemies from various action roguelites to draw inspiration for creating a similar playing experience.

  • Collaborated with enemy designers and artists on visual concepts

  • Helped write the initial documentation for enemy movesets.​
